Assisting An Elder.  When it’s time to assist elderly relatives with their finances, the two simple legal options are a Power of Attorney or a Guardianship. The latter requires court action and is broader in scope. Either option should not be selected without legal counsel. READ MORE.

Auto Insurance.  With many internet-based insurance companies selling auto insurance directly to drivers/owners without an agent to advise or explain coverage, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage protects you if the driver at fault has little or no insurance. READ MORE.
